Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase

  • All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

  • Tickets are subject to availability and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refund Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person aged 25 years or over.

  • The event organiser must be notified of any ticket transfer prior to the event by providing the name and email address of transferee.

3. Age Restriction

  • This event is intended for guests aged 25 years and over. The organisers reserve the right to admit younger adults at their sole discretion.

  • Valid photo identification may be required upon entry.

  • Anyone unable to provide suitable identification may be refused entry without a refund.

4. Admission

  • The organisers & venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.

  • No refunds will be given to guests who are refused entry or asked to leave due to misconduct.

5. Event Changes

  • The organisers reserve the right to amend the event programme, venue, timings, entertainment, or other arrangements where necessary.

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and any available refund arrangements will be communicated.
